
Dr. Juan J. Rojas Hernández is an Associate Professor and Researcher at Delta Lab at the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
He earned a Doctor of Engineering in Applied Science for System Integration from the Kyushu Institute of Technology (Japan), a Master of Science in Electronics with emphasis in Microelectromechanical Systems, and a Bachelor in Electromechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica. In addition, he holds a Data Science Specialist certification from TEC and a Semiconductor Packaging: Fundamental Concepts and Drivers badge from Arizona State University.
His research focuses on:
Electrical power systems for lean satellites
Instrumentation for lean satellite testing
Electrochemical cell and battery testing and modeling
Dr. Rojas combines expertise in system integration, electronics, and energy systems to advance applications in satellite technology and energy storage solutions.
